Volleyball Teams Step Up: SWAC Sectional Playoffs in Full Swing

This past weekend, the South West Athletic Conference sectional volleyball playoffs brought the region's best junior athletes together for some hard-hitting action. Seventeen junior girls teams and fifteen junior boys teams took to the courts to compete in the sectional round, all with their eyes on advancing to the conference and provincial playoffs ahead. Volleyball season is in full stride across Saskatchewan, and our local squads are showing the kind of grit and teamwork that makes fall sports special. Whether it's digging, setting, or smashing home a winner, these young athletes are leaving it all on the court. Congratulations to all the teams that competed — and best of luck to those moving on to the next round!
